Green Cab from Transportation Services to get visiting students from airport to Union South
- Check into UNION SOUTH
- 5:30-10:00 p.m. Superbowl Party
Monday, FEBRUARY 4, 2013 
- 8:00 a.m. – Union South Varisty III Room
- 8:30-9:30 a.m.- WELCOME: UW Overview
- 9:45-11:45 a.m. – Small Group Interviews
- Noon-1:00 p.m. – LUNCH
- 1:15 – 3:15 – Lab Tours
- 4:00 p.m. – Tour Wisconsin Institute for Discovery (WID)
- 5:00 p.m. – Return to Hotel
- 6:00 p.m. – Dinner With DIRECTORS/STAFF
- At Bluphies on Monroe Street
Tuesday, FEBRUARY 5, 2013
- Current Student Day: Activites with current MolPharm students
- Breakfast
- Trolley Tour of City or apartments
- Everyone leaves Union South by Noon

THURSDAY, February, 2013
- Arrive on Thursday (afternoon or evening)
- Met at the airport by a faculty member, taken to Hilton Monona Terrace
FRIDAY, March 1, 2013
- 8:15 am - Visiting students get on MCP hotel shuttle
- 8:30 a.m. - Arrive at Medical Sciences Center
- 8:45 a.m.- Breakfast served, meet current MCP graduate students
- 9:00- 10:00 a.m. - Talk by Dr. Patti Keely, current Director of MCP program
- 10:00- Noon- Interviews with faculty
- Noon: Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. - Continue interviews
- Evening: Dinner with faculty and student hosts
SATURDAY, March 2, 2013
- Current Student Day: Activites with current MolPharm students
- Brunch
- Tour of City or apartments
- Dinner and Drinks
SUNDAY, March 3, 2013
Everyone leaves Hilton Monona Terrace by 11:00 AM
