Dr. Brian Hoffmann, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He graduated from the MCP Program in 2010 from the Mosher Lab. Recently, he presented his research at the 2018 Experimental Biology meeting on “Why zero-calorie sweeteners can still lead to diabetes, obesity: Common artificial sweeteners shown to change how the body processes fat and energy”. His research was then shared by many news outlets around the world!
