Biography

Research Interests

We study JAK inhibitors in Sjogren’s Disease. Our past work focused on the effect of a specific JAK 1/2 inhibitor on fibroblasts cultured in vitro. Our submitted work focuses on the the effect of JAK inhibitor withdrawal on STAT signaling in disease. In the future, we are expanding our understanding of interferon pathways in Sjogren’s and how these pathways might be targeted for therapeutic intervention.
