Adam Schaenzer receives PhRMA Foundation Award

Adam Schaenzer, 4th Year MCP Student, Sauer Lab, was recently selected as a recipient of a PhRMA Foundation Award. The award, a Pre Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmacology/Toxicology, encourages integrative training to employ concepts of molecular and cellular biology to pharmacology research. The award assists students in the advanced stages of their training and thesis research. Adam’s current research specifically focuses on the molecular biology of eukaryote-like serine/threonine kinases in S. aureus and L. monocytogenes.
